no offense, but are you serious? Who the fuck cares about scores? So what you're jealous that video game scores are higher with less effort? It really doesn't matter! The reason they get so high a score is because they are movies that can relate more to the audience (and by audience I mean the general Newgrounds public, mostly consisting of teens). The reason People don't vote as high on original movies is because its harder to relate, and the author has to work harder to gain the audiences attention. Also bashing another person's cartoons isn't cool. I don't badmouth original animations, even though it is really really easy to.

case in point: Stop with the splitting of animators, and work on your damn cartoons.

Left 4 Speed: High intensity, Low brow humor containing black stereo types and
plenty of vomit as well as a poorly designed t-shirt to accommodate the 2 minute parody.

If you were gay, Roy: Half the credit goes to Avenue Q for the vocals, unnecessary use of a video game character, and animation was sub-par.

The Real Legend 3: High quality animation + background art, humor was apparently more thought out and was achieved without ultra-violence and
constant swearing, but sadly was still not "laugh out loud" funny accordingly to
the majority of Newgrounds.

I still voted 5 on all of them as well as watched them the whole way through.

Conclusion: I've been aware of the originality problem on Newgrounds for some time, and no longer give a shit. I will continue to make animations and games based off my own ideas, as well as parodies(of the video game type).

Take a look at parodies made 10/15 years ago. Hopefully we'll return to those days, but I feel that we are taking a turn for the stupider.
